New to Whistler?

You just got here and not sure where or how to get started?

Want to meet people who are in the same situation?

Join our 4-Week program: Getting Started. Get settled into your new home and meet new friends.

– Week 1: Learn all the practical information needed to get started such as getting your driver’s license, SIN no., starting a bank account, and more.

– Week 2: Familiarize yourself around the village. By the end of the week, the village will no longer feel like a maze!

– Week 3: Loonie, toonie, what? Learn words/slang Canadians use. This will help you avoid miscommunications at your workplace or everyday life.

– Week 4: Wrap up everything we’ve learned and share it with your new friends over snacks and refreshments.
