Career & Employment Workshops for Immigrants and Newcomers to Canada
November 25 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm PST
Are you looking for a job but need some help with where to start and what you will need?
Are you new to the Canadian labour market and want to learn how to stand out in the crowd here?
Are you exploring different career options?
Join us for a series of career and employment workshops on the fourth Friday of every month from September 2022 through to April 2023.
The first hour (10am-11am) will be a workshop on a career and employment topic and the second hour (11am-12pm) will be an opportunity to apply what you learned or work on any other employment-related task in a practical session with access to a Settlement Worker and a WorkBC Employment Advisor to answer your questions. Bring your own computer or borrow one from the library!
